Dr. Yitz Glick
Medical Director and Chairman of the Board. Dr. Glick received his medical degree at Hebrew U/Hadassah Med School and did residency in internal medicine at Hadassah and in Emergency Medicine at Mt. Sinai Cleveland. Beyond his responsibilities as the medical director of the Efrat Emergency Medical Center, he serves as a (commuting) emergency physician in Cleveland for more than 13 years. In addition he serves in reserve duty as a flight surgeon in the Israel Air force. Dr. Glick received last year the presidential honor for volunteerism for his vast contributions to the medical needs of our region. Dr. Glick made Aliyah from New York to Beer Sheva in 1974 and resides in Efrat since 1993.
Dr. Oliver Sanders
Dr. Oliver Sanders was born and grew up around London, UK until eventually he bit the bullet and made aliyah in September 2006. He trained as a medical undergraduate at Cambridge University and University College of London and also found time to get a degree in Computer Science.
He completed his paediatric (or pediatric for Americans) training in Hadassah Mount Scopus. Dr. Sanders now lives in Elazar and divides his time between working in kupot cholim in Efrat and Beitar, some hospital work and his family - as well as the Efrat EMC.
Dr. Alex Haifetz
Dr. Alex Haifetz
Graduated at the medical school of Neizni Nov Gorod where he served as an anesthesiologist for 10 years. After making Aliyah in 1991 he trained in Israel in internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, gynecology and psychiatrics. Beyond his work at the EEMC , Dr. Haifetz serves as an emergency physician for Kupat Cholim Meuchedet in Yerushalayim and as a staff physician for the Bikur Rofeh network.
Dr. Chaim Judelman
Dr. Chaim (Kevin) Judelman, studied medicine at the University of Western Australia. He completed his residency and became board certified in Internal Medicine in Pittsburgh, USA where he also worked for 5 years. He was an assistant clinical professor in Internal medicine at Temple University. He returned to Israel July 2013.
